Put your CEE in a shot glass with fruit juice and neck it mate - job done.

For those interested I took NOX pump for the first time today - on a fairly empty stomach, usually i'm not that reactive to most stimulants.

It gave me a light boost and i found a lot less fatigue in the latter sets of each exercise - which meant i could push bigger weights.

Though for me it was nothing like some of the earlier posts but i am still feeling it a good 5 hours after taking it!

It does taste horrible but just get it down quick and do not sniff!!

Hi mate, it was not bad to be honest. I did feel a little pick me up but not massive you know. I did it on a empty stomach too, and about 3 hours later I was sleeping. I think I just have a high tollerance as its taking about 10 ephedrine now to actually feel any thing ( not that I am taking ten )

But thank you very much for the sample - I think I will get some for weekend work outs and kick boxing - so thanks again mate

This stuff really is the dogs Bolloks! not had a bad session whilst on it. The only downside is....it taste and smells like old stocks!!!!! Not had any problems sleeping. Would highly recommend this supplement.

Best taken an hour before you go out on a saturday night!! I now taking full servings off this stuff had to cut it down to half a serving before as I was awake all night off my ti*s!! great pre workout drink. If you cant take the taste bang a dissolvable vit c tab in with it takes away the taste.

i took it 2 days in a row and it made me feel bloody ill!!!, i use superpump 250 for nights out as it makes your veins stand out more LOL

Yep, you can't beat a good pump in the toilets, although it tends to make me a bit sleepy. Not great on a night out.
