Thanks for the review and glad it worked for you! To be safe we say start with 10g, but 99% of people will need a 20g serving. Its better to start lower and work your way up as everyone is different and it is a powerful product.

just noticed Myprotein are now selling sample packs of pulse, very good idea as I now read a few mixed reviews. Ordered a sample pack so will give it a go next week.

Tested mine out and didn't notice any difference in my lifts at all. Could not get used to the taste either, its foul. Sorry, not impressed.

Sorry you didn't like it! Seems it works for 9 out of 10 people or thereabouts. You should try it without flavouring! Eeek! All pre-workout formulas like this taste like "cough medicine".
