As for me, like I said in another thread...we have a name for the product over here in the states, and with just cause.

agreed.. i think the workout they intend you to get is on the can squeezing your abs to push all the rubbish that it puts in your body.

i have it and occasionally use it.. only takes me 1 scoop to feel a degree of energy/pump whatever ya want to call it.. but i wouldn't rave about it.. depends on the price tag - im a personal trainer and get supplements at wholesale price anyways so i get it anyway.. supps i would buy first though - if i had a supplier that sold them.

you mean you read the marketing literature, googled a couple of examples of anecdotal evidence of actuall looked at what was in the product?

if its the latter you would have spent the money elsewhere

as for energy?

i personally liked it a lot but dont have the money for it, some of it is placebo affect though. damn glassy u need to enter a comp if you dont already!

i'm scared of taking gear mate, would love to compete but the amounts people are using is scary! have used small amounts but even then i was was'nt comfortable doing that.

I have yet to try explode, i will, i liked nitrix when i used it. I would like to try them both together but im not sure ill EVER be able to afford my own Place to live if i do try them lol

thats how i look year round, have done 1, 8 week course in 2 year.
am currently training really hard, if i can get a bit bigger, leaner, than my avatar pic then i have a very good starting point when i do start a diet.

I'm in the NoXplode doesn't work camp too. Was sceptical about the product after hearing so many things & rightly so. All it did was give me a slight headache.

Nice mug of black coffee & some properly pounding music en route to the gym & I'm sorted.

The only reason I purchased the product was a lot of people who used said it them complete focus and allowed for better, I didn't purchase it to get my veins bursting through my arms; it was for training purposes only. I'm going to try it with some food next time and see what that does. Cheers for the advice lads.

I find using only 1 scoop before my workouts to be enough. I train 4 times a week so i find it value for money.

I only take abut 1-11/2 scoops half hour before training and i love it.
