| Re: Nitrix V No-Explode paying £30 plus for an NO based product is similar to buying a vauxhall nova after being told it will out perfrom a a porsche
£.39 buys a kilo of oats
=
pump, insulin and hypertrophy
the more i read about NO use the more i realise its becoming a 'recreational trainers drug'

| Re: Nitrix V No-Explode Well Steve, I have never been sold on NO products unless we are talking about the king of NO.....Viagra....
That is not for bodybuilding

| Re: Nitrix V No-Explode if they have creatine in i can just about say "yes there is some point" but to believe an NO product results in hypertrophy is simply worrying
if you want a pump
1 - grow adeqaute mass to gain a pump
2 - manipulate carbs and sodium/water
3 - train in the manner of a pump
if you want a stimulant, use a cheap caffeine pill, but again that long term will blunt insulin sensitivity and therefore the ability to gain muscle
the shuttling of nutrients touted by NO again, easy enough
train
carbs
insulinogenic AAs
same response if not better
i cannot see any point of spending large amounts of money on a 'pump'
its a nightclub bodybuiders dream come true, yet post training the pump simply disappears and where are you left? back where you were
if they were that good, bodybuilders would not use carb ups before shows, they would use NO alone...do they? no but that wasnt being answered in a post when i asked before

| Re: Nitrix V No-Explode some people like the 'pumped' look to last longer than for 5 mins after training..............so the use NO products. As for NItrix helping to shuttle nutriants in to the muscle and helping recovery and growth....i cannot say, but Nitrix definately seemed to help me lok more square shouldered even when i wasn't training particularly well. and for me thats worth it :-) |

| Re: Nitrix V No-Explode depends how vain you are i guess. Nitrix definately lets you keep that 'pumped' look al day long! some people like that. and that in turn makes them more motivated to train.....but i know what your saying. |

Biceps is probably one of the guys most useless muscles, but they look good...........
Can't complain as I don't have them myself.............
But in fits defense,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, some times we need to be motivated and if a placebo effect is working then more power to ya mate.

| Re: Nitrix V No-Explode short term motovation? maybe
long term lynch pin?
nah, wrong game to be in if you rely on the pump to get you through IMO
thats my 2 cents oin these products
30 quid a month = £360 a year
the intrisic rewards of training should keep people in the game IMO, but im old fashioned like that

| Re: Nitrix V No-Explode I use no-xplode before a big leg workout\squat session, i find it just gives me an extra stimulation\boost for the workout, focuses me a bit better.
Cant say ive had any amazing pumps with it tho.
I am a little stronger also when i train on it.
So I like it for occasional use on big workouts, that seems to work for me.
However when i have used no-xplode and a shot of oxytest before training my workouts are mental and strength goes thro roof lol. |
