Question Different types of slin
Is there different types of make of slin as i know there is fast acting and slow acting but i was told by some1 who was diabetic who uses slin that her's was a different sort and that i couldn't use it or it could kill me which i think is a load of BS or is this the case?

Could some1 with experience with slin help me with this question, she uses humalog if that helps answer it!

I think the most common Chris is the fast acting sort, as im aware there is a longer acting one aswell but we'd usually or 99% of the time get the quicker one if buying it.

yh but the thing i wanna know though jimmy is could i use the humalog (sp) she uses a type 1 diabetic as she said it was a different sort that you use while using it for BB which i think as i said is a load of BS as i thought slin was slin!

There are different types of slin and she is correct the other stuff can kill you.

Infact the "normal" stuff can kill you too if not used properly.

I use humalog, its prolly the same, is it in a cartridge type thing to be used with a pen? orange end?
