IGF and stubborn body parts

My upper chest just wont grow like my lower chest, probably down to genetics, i just cant seem to get the thickness i can on my lower chest. Improving my upper chest and calves are my top priorities.

I dont know much about IGF but was wondering what effect IGF would have if used on the upper chest area. Would it improve growth in the long run?

Re: IGF and stubborn body parts

Nothing at all mate. If you can't get a body part to grow with diet, training and AAS then IGF won't help.

Think of IGF as the optional sports kit on a super car (your physique). It's no use putting the sports kit for an Aston Martin on a Vectra. You need to know how to build the Aston Martin first.

Re: IGF and stubborn body parts

Was just a thought i had when reading about the way it works in another post somewhere. The problem is most likely genetic, but one thing i have noticed is that unlike any other body part i find it hard to flex the upper chest as hard as say u could your bicep, the left being the hardest to flex and feel that your actually tensing the muscle. Maybe poor neurological pathways or something.

Saying that i can feel them working when i train chest, keeping my shoulders pressed back and couciously contracting the upper chest.

Could be poor blood supply to the area causing the muscle unable to grow as much as other body parts.

Ive ran out of ideas on this one. Annoying.

Only thing ive seen improve a bodypart is gh/slin, and I know countless ppl who've had the same results.
