![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Critique this please how it will effect muscle gains, recovery times etc all depends on how you train and what you eat.... but in general IGF-1LR3 is poor at muscle gains 1-2lbs of muscle at best and this will not be apperant for a few months after the course as the new muscle cells need to mature. in my experiance it does not effect recovery time to any noticable degree.

If you are not recovering then look at your diet and the amount of sleep you are getting above all else these are paramount..
