dangerbird is on a distinguished road
Critique this please

i will be using 40mcg LR3 for 25 days, 25 off, during the off period running 125mcg pegmgf twice a week for 25 days. What kind of results do you think ill see with this?

Im just wondering in general how it will effect things like mass gains, recovery time, stuffl ike that. Im not using any gear and current weight is 170 lbs at 5"9"

how it will effect muscle gains, recovery times etc all depends on how you train and what you eat....

but in general IGF-1LR3 is poor at muscle gains 1-2lbs of muscle at best and this will not be apperant for a few months after the course as the new muscle cells need to mature. in my experiance it does not effect recovery time to any noticable degree.

Dangerbird,

i`d eat more food and stick to AAS . 170lb at 5`9 isnt too big

I know im actually not going for more muscle i need to recover faster after working out because i do hard cardio all the time which causes you to overtrain very easily

then IGF-1LR3 i definatly not what you want, there is no proof that it improves recovery.

If you are not recovering then look at your diet and the amount of sleep you are getting above all else these are paramount..
