![]() | igf pre or post workout hi, just about to start my igf in run up to nabba uk (if i get in good enough condition that is). was just goin to get your opinions on whether it is better pre or post work out. will be doing 100mcg on training days. |

I would do that PWO in the muscles you worked bi-lateraly as said above. A funny thing I notice is when I do IGF-1 along with HGH, I get less sides from the GH.
