Re: igf pre or post workout

is this your first run on IGF?? if it is why are you taking this large amount ?? for a person who is new to IGF 20-60mcg's ed is the optimum dose taken bilaterally PWO or with breakfast on non training days.

Re: igf pre or post workout

i used it in my last contest cycle at 30mcg on training days and noticed good results. the leaflet i received with the igf advises to take 60-125mcg daily. what would be your suggestions?

Re: igf pre or post workout

I do 80mcg myself, I dont notice much if I drop it lower.

I would do that PWO in the muscles you worked bi-lateraly as said above.

A funny thing I notice is when I do IGF-1 along with HGH, I get less sides from the GH.

Why change the dose if you got good results?? as long as you had enough time off to refresh the receptors so to speak then the dose you used before shuld be good this time round if not then increase it to a max of 60mcg's but a 100mcg's in my opinion in your case is to much.

Think about it the more you take the more you use so the more you buy
