They probably think that more people look at higher rating threads.
Look at all Paul G's threads he rates them all 5 star. When what he really means is '5 Star Bars that I ate today munch munch' :preggers:

Its nothing to do with the thread rating.
These spammers simly latch onto a forum via a simple search bot, which ever thread they enter on, will then get logged in there lists as a forum they "know off"
Then then mass spam these forums with bots which simply connect to the site, fill out a registration, ping the email they are sent to activate the account then post the message.
They will contunie to spam the thread untill it it closed or deleted, or until they update there board lists/urls.
Im working on various ways to decrese the amount of spam we get.

| Re: Giving back to UK members. Big sale! well i said i would give feedback on the igf i had and that is what im doing.
been running igf through pct and now halfway through, and so far im well impressed.
been running 50-60mcg ed, (depends how shakey my hand is when drawing) and im feeling good, training is going well, all weights are up, im as motivated as ever. im still lean, vascular in the stomach, chest, delts ect, but my legs seem to attract the water and fat, most of the little definition i had has gone!
i havent been binging really and diet is fairly clean, weight gain is in the acceptable region, ive not ballooned, just filled right out and feel quite good about it!
anyway the igf is giving me great pumps in the gym that last out the gym also, so all in im happy. i will def be using this product again.
one negative point ive noticed is pain in my wrists, sometimes quite bad, dont know what this could be linked to, but ill be monitoring this closley! |

I would say the aches are more to do with the fact you have just came of a long run of dieting, your body will still be recovering and maybe even still a bit run down from it all - but you said yourself, your wieghts are going up all the time.
So basically your body is still beat down, but you are pushing it hard again - I reckon its just your body complaining mate.
Take it easy though, maybe even to the point of deliberately holding back your strength increases - right now is the most likely time for picking up injuries etc - it happened to Brian last year, and I know I have had a few wee "warning shots" in the past week or two as well... take it nice and steady and keep the ego on the shelf |

| Re: Giving back to UK members. Big sale! yeah mate your prob right.
but i felt the weight increase didnt justify the pain im only talking a few kilos on my bench(which is fck all anyway)
my main increases were squatting and bent over rows.
your prob right though mate im off on holiday in 2 weeks so ill be fully rested after that, and ill see how it goes- thanks mate
