when to inj igf

i started my course of IGF yesterday and i did my first inj before my workout. Reason for this is that i do cardio for 25 min after weights and im sure that by the time i get home, 40 min would have passed and it would be too late to shoot then? its not easy to do it at the gym cos the toilets may be busy and i'll have too wait, this is not a reliable for me, is injecting it straight after w/o the only way?

Re: when to inj igf

no, of course you can do it pre workout, it has a pretty long half live.

Yeah, it's R3 so you'll be fine. I used to take mine in the morning, but train in the afternoon due to work.

Re: when to inj igf

I take mine in two shots, 30 mcg with breakfast and 30 mcg post workout, (about 10 hours later) seems to be working fine for me. LR3 has a fairly long half life but from what I've read splitting the injections seems to give better results...
