Igf before or after cardio?

I am about to start using IGF, was gona take 100mcg and shoot striaght into the muscle trained. Thing is i usually do 20-30 mins cardio straight after training. would it be best to take the igf and a large carb drink striaght after training or wait until after the cardio and take them both?
