Haven't been posting for a while cos everything went a bit off track with my boyfs injury, my own illness issues, my birthday and associated rubbish eating and just general uselessness!
But little man goes back to school and big man back to work next week, so that's gonna give me time to work hard at eating and exercising properly. Have been researching carb cycling and think I'll give it a go to see if I can lose some of the fat that is still hindering my results.
Feeling a bit crap today, did a body fat reading after about a month or so and it was up again. Can sort of understand it as I have had an iffy couple of weeks with boyf being back and my son's 2 parties, but when boyf was away I did really well and could start to feel my clothes being a bit looser.
Anyway, I hate sounding like some annoying fat person who says they can't lose weight even though they're not really trying. I know what I need to do, so I either need to just do it and
Thought I'd add some progress pics today. Not a great deal to look at right now cos I've only been doing this for 4 or so months but it's a start and hope to keep adding to it every month or 2. Should inspire me to keep going, although I find it hard to see changes. Only thing I've noticed recently is that my boobs seem to be a bit smaller, typical! Plenty of other places for the fat to come off and it chooses there!
These are just temporary ones, will get some better ones done
So I set today as my cheat day as I knew I would be at the local RAF air show and there wouldn't be many good choices of food. And man was I right! Ended up having burger and chips for lunch, fair enough I suppose although I did feel quite bad eating it. To me that is good as is is starting to signal a change in me.
To top that, I had nothing in the house for dinner for me and the sprog so went to Mr T's to get something, looked at all the uber fattening pizzas, chinese, indians etc
Well I measured my body fat today and almost fell over when it said 21.9%! I didn’t think it would be anywhere near that low after the holiday so was initially really chuffed. Although when I looked into it a bit more, I’ve also lost 4lbs in weight so I guess the % will automatically be a bit different. I was thinking that some of this weight loss could be muscle as I did no training for nearly 2 weeks and didn’t eat brilliantly, but it says my body fat mass went from 16.7kg to 15.2kg which
