Hi im new to all this so i am looking for some help,my name is dave i am 59 years old ,i have been working out at the gym for the last year,i have really got into the weights i find them very addictive i have made reasonable gains but would like to do a lot better so any help would not go amiss.
i am looking for a good test booster at the moment i am on viraloid the only thing that seems to be happening is i am loosing weight hopefully fat and not musclei really
need to put some muscle...
