Thanks for the feedback. It means alot to me that you appreciate what i have brought to the game. I will continue to improve. I will start to post in the log again today & will be taking pictures on a weekly basis. I am planning to compete in May 26 in the Northwest qualifier. I will check out your friend in a sec.
Those pics on FB are from 2004/05 mate, when i dropped as much fat off as i could. I was even leaner a few days before i took the most ripped pic!!! Sadly i weighed about 130-135lbs! lol. I hold more fat now and i lost muscle from not training for 3-4 months, slowly getting back into shape tho.
I can get the food down me its just the gaining fat to muscle ratio that does my nut in! I should just set a goal of gaining x amount of weight by gaining a 1lb a week then expect to drop half of that weight by going on a proper cut. Its a long term plan that i don't think can do so i'll just see how i get on by doing it slowly mate
It means weighing your food and being abit anal. But if it helps you reach your goals, is it worth it? Thts what you need to ask yourself mate. I used to weigh my oats, rice, chicken etc all the time to make sure it was all balanced and meeting the requirements
any thoughts on diet either ask me or make a post on a 40/40/20 split diet advice and you should get some decent advice
i don't stick to it as i have mental health issues lol
