I have the lurge....
Tried a chest workout on Monday. I only managed a 120KG Bench press for 6 reps. I am a wimp....
I intend to eat lots of food including fruit..
I am currently on a course at the moment. lots travelling, currently in Bristol this evening..
Well back to Slipknot on my Ipod... Psychosocial rocks!!!!!!

Another early day, hit the gym at 07:00
I used the leg press machine and completed 4 sets with the Pin in the 195 weight.
Then completed 4 sets of leg extensions and Hamstring Curls..
Then to finish it all off it did some cardio at lunch time, 30 mins on the bike..
It's shoulders day tomorrow...my fav

Started at 0700. Gym is empty and I have it all to myself.
Started with French press
30kg Warm up..
50kg 10x4. I finish with the Bar held out at an angle just to keep tension on the tri's. The secret with tri's is not to go to heavy or you lose form and don't actually hit the tri's themselves.
Next were Arm curls.
I have reduced my weight and gone very strict.
50kg 10x4 might seem light but keeping the movement slow it...
Started with French press

I completed some deadlift warm ups..
Then hit the 180kg Mark for 3 reps.
The completed 150kg 3x6 reps to finish...(felt a little under powered today..)
Hit the T-bar rower for 4 sets.
Close grip t-bar 70kg 3x8 reps. Keeping very strict so I was hitting the lower lats..
Then finished with close grip pull downs. Again very strict movement.
All in all not to bad a workout.

I started a 5 week course at work today. This means I will be able to do weights nice and early and then have a whole dinner hour for CV.
This morning felt a little sore from yesterdays chest exersions.
I did a couple of sets for all body parts on the weight machines this morning...and completed 30 mins of CV on the bike at lunch time..
Felt v hungry this evening...
I am ready for a good back session tomorrow
