Ayasbo...Stick with the basics matey, squats, deadlifts, standing strict military presses, incline bench press, cleans.. Train 2-3 times per week and do them 5x5.. Eat a good clean diet with lots of variety and drink plenty of water daily..

    Romper..

Couldn`t agree more buddy, remove the drugs and a vast majority would simply just pack in training as its only the use of the chemical side of things that makes them even lkook like they train.

Long gone are the days of people simply training for the love of the game, now its all about looking good in a t-shirt down the pub to pull some young slapper for a bit of leg over..

This is not meant to be a criticism of those new to bodybuilding but to me bodybuilding is about getting your **** to a gym and lifting weights and then bigger weights then feeding your muscles with lots of good food and then more food, then at some point when you have reached your natural limit taking some gear. Some guys on this site seem to be overly obsessed with the pharmacological side of things before they have even begun to explore their genetic limit. i train coz i love training and lifting weights and pushing myself to the limit . i take gear as its neccesary for my progression and its impossible to compete without it

my gripe is with guys who have been training 5 minutes who post up a pic of themselves that suggests they have very little development and then alongside this they will ask "do i cycle tren with d bol or d bol with growth as i read on the back of a stamp that the receptors respond to blah blah blah " like its going to make the slighest difference when you have so much training to do first ??????

The chemical side is interesting but if its more interesting than lifting heavy iron then go get a ****ing chemisty degree ( i have a degree in chemistry and i missed half my lectures to train... not the other way round lol)

Too many people these days matey like to quote science etc when the arguments are going their way, when they are loosing the teddy gets slung out of the cot and science, qualifications and studies are then a load of rubbish and not worth the paper they are written on.

At that point you can see the run of the posts go to *provoking* individuals to force a negative responce, then the *provoker* will start to cry etc on the thread(s) that it is flaming & personel attacks and the original thread gets ruined, shutdown or just goes round in circles and people are then *viewed* as being nasty sh!theads for supposably *having a go* at somebody or bodies that were deliberatly sabotaging a thread because they were loosing.

I can quite honestly say after looking at some peoples numbers in the gym that if I were 100% injury free and even at my light bodyweight I could *embares(sp)* them quite easily even if they were on their gear & GH like they propose they are.

Its an absolute shame the way the internet has ruined the sport, people using drug dosages that are way in excess of what I ever did (yet I still get numpties slating me for my gear usage and having some liver problems about a decade later) and they look like garbage, lift p!ssy weights, terrible form, consume horrendous diets and copious amounts of supplements.

I`ve proved my points time & time again. I have cycles posted on forums with exact bodyweights and max weights lifted and for a guy that NEVER EVER used GH, Insulin or IGF-1 (and a whole host of other drugs now available) I was far superior to a lot of these clowns and I never won much in the way of competitions etc.

People love quick fixes, they lkove their over inflated egos and the attention they get off the forums and how good they look in a t-shirt after a workout..

I posted pictures of what I looked like after just 7 weeks of contest prep, these clowns need 12-16-20 weeks to diet for a show, thats if they have the balls to do a show.

Hats off to those that do and do them on a regular basis, but with a little more thought guys you could do them in half the time.

And if they are willing to pay me for my time, then I could quite easily get them into much better shape with less drugs and less time spent dieting..

Wonder how long it will be before thay all start jumping on the *lower dose* bandwagon that I created?

But they`ll call it something different I am sure of that!!!!!

Well we can`t be giving OSC any credit now can we

Very true my friend, it's a shame that some people claim to love bodybuilding but only want to argue with people that think outside the box.

They quote studies, and tell you things are FACT when they are actually, only their opinion!!! And because they post on a forum more than anyone else, they think they know more than other have rights to make threats.

They ask for proof and when proof is provided they hide..... no answers, just hide like little internet hermit crabs! Pathetic, Pathetic.

And it looks like history has proved me right after all

So much for the so called *experts* and all their *knowledge*

"Hey guys spend a little less time regurgitating what you have read or heard and a little more *application* in the gym & life, then you`ll stop being the sad lonley druggies that you are"

    Parting is such sweet sorrow.....................................

Thank you for those kind words.

Well I am on the forums as I own my own...rofl.. so a little harder to get shut of me as some people seem to think...

Too many lack patience these days and drugs are a simple answer to a void in inteligence in other areas.

Let them hound, history will be my savour as it will prove I am right in my thinking.

Every battle has its casualties, the sick the lame and the lazy, in a world/sport that now lacks in ethics and principles that it will be a battlefield strewn with the fallen because they lacked the drive to search for the answers rather than just pop open and ampule or tubs of pills.

Being hounded by idiots and their egos

COOKIE **** the idiots and hounders you are above being riled by them. Your posts are constructive and intelligent, for a guy who has years of experience in and around the game, when asked to put up you did and the **** shut up because of it.

Guys like you are needed on forums like this for people like me. I would like you to carry on posting but that your choice, I personally respect your input and would love to know more about the PCT therapies without a cycle. I have thought about that myself but can not find info on it, too intelligent way for many to grasp. I am looking to gain over the years, no quick fix bloat/pose and crash a steady training regime and diet and the add thing to help overcome sticking points.

Anyway any info you can give would be greatly appreciated or any links to where I can get a look at.

Anyway of this is goodbye then respect to you and the very best in the future, although I sincerely hope you will stay and post.

    Respects
