Had 2 really bad days feeling sluggish & like c++p and just not with it...Did`nt train 4 those days.... had a good 45mins session of cardio this morning @ local leisure centre and had a good session training my back this evening..
Feel a lot happier now and looking forward to next session again..
just going to put the bad days down to experiance,,or my dodgee cooking..

It took a while for the marble to get back on the track in my head
but last nite with nothing to do realized that I had written my blog up incorrect..
I ment to write up that in the excercises I do for the various body parts that I do any 3 of the excersises for 3 sets of 10/12 reps , as the way I read it back last nite it looks as if I only do 1 of each,,,
It`s ok I have slapped myself on the wrist for being such a muppet and will in future read through...

At present I am training one muscle group everyother day.I train at home and on my own using bb & db`s..I intend to do this for the next 2wks to get used to working out again
For Chest I do 3 sets of 10/12 reps of either
Flat bench,incline bench db`s or bb,pullovers,flat or incline flyes.
For back I do 3 sets of 10/12 reps of
Tbar rows,bent over rows 1 arm rows dead...
