    Hi H,
    So you do a total of 60mins of Cardio aday when your dieting, wow that must be hard going? As a Natty it must be each hard trying to hold muscle, with that amount of cardio, How do you do it?
    I must admit yes I use roids but very light doses, as I find I get better results.
    I think I told you, but the class I'm entering is the Classic class so need to get my weight down to 12st 4lb, I weighed myself today, I'm now 12st 8lb and I still have 3 weeks to go, so may not use Clen, yes I agree, Clen can be very dangerous, so I don't really want to use it.

    Glad you are doing well, look forward to seeing your piccies! Cardio is a bummer, I tend to do it in 2 sessions when it is needed, 30 mins am, 30 mins pm! Its evil! Luckily, Im not competing again this year! Yay! Anyway, Im not the best person to advise on Clen as I am natty. I have however read reports on it - some good and some not so! Its entirely your decision - do your research first!

    Hi H,
    Diets going well, saw Sarah Bridges last week, got me to strip and pose in the gym, she said I'm looking good, but told me to get my cardio upto 40mins per day,
    My protein is 200grms, carbs 49grms, and fat 20grms.
    I've got to see Sarah this saturday, I'm going to take some pics hopefully, so I'll PM some pics to you.
    I'm thinking of using some Clen two weeks out, just to shed the last bits of fat and also get my skin tight, what do you think?
    How's things with you? How's the Gym?

    Hi H,
    Sarah Bridges is UKBFF Pro, the show I'm doing is the Kent Klassic, it's a qualifier for the British Championship, I'm in the Classic Class due to me being small boned, I've always had trouble loading muscle onto my frame.
    I started my diet on the 1st June, I was 14st, I'm now down to 12st 13lb, I have 5 more weeks before the show and I need to get down to 12st 4lb, for my class.
    Any help would be most welcome!!!! ( Before you ask I've been doing 30min cardio 5 times aweek)
    I train at ' Ministry of Muscle' Aylesford, Kent. Owner is Steve Winters

    My gym is called New Image and it is in Sleaford, Lincolnshire. Unfortunately I don't know Sarah.
    What gym do you train at and which show are you doing??? We tend to travel to quite a few, you know the score (addicted!!!) LOL!

    I suppose you know Sarah Bridges? she's my mentor for my up and coming show.
    I use to have Kimberley Ann Jones, but moved out of the area, so couldn't train at her gym anymore.
    What's the name of your Gym? and where is it?
