Hi Rob, at present, I'm trying to build a little shape-wouldn't go are far to say that I'm bulking though! Nothing much happening with diet at the moment, a friend of mine on here is helping me do a test pre-comp diet for 16 weeks at the end of Aug so I know where I need to go from there and so I know what to expect next year. All in hand, but I'll give you a shout if I need anything x

Hi Rob, thanks for your advice. Will get round to doing some proper poses soon.. promise! LOL I'm definitely nowhere near ready though... am toying with the idea of doing a test diet to see what kind of condition I can expect... will let you know how I go! xx

My gym is called New Image and it is in Sleaford, Lincolnshire. Unfortunately I don't know Sarah.
What gym do you train at and which show are you doing??? We tend to travel to quite a few, you know the score (addicted!!!) LOL!

Well I'm thinking physique, but who knows... I'd like to do figure but I tend to build muscle easily so might just be out of that category... would like to retain my softer more feminine figure so somewhere between the two I think! xx

Thanks for the post Muscle Head, much appreciated. I'm already bitten by the competing bug I think. Am aiming for next spring I think. The rest of this year is going to spend developing my physique and then concentrate on cutting from early next year I believe... fingers crossed anyway!
