    Lol i know exactly what you mean mate Its always the case.

    I spoke to scott a few times over the phone, he helped me out for my contest aswell a bit, gotta say that he is top guy, really looking forward to coming to the hercules show. Infact i really ought to get my **** upto hercules gym for a training sesh one weekend aswell. Take care bro.
