hi I'm rob i'm 42 and live in surrey in the UK.

I copmpete on the masters athletics scene but love all sports.

Secretley dreaming of meeting 7 living happiliy ever afte with a lady bodybuilder
(30 to 55).So if anybody knows o fanyone who might be interested!!!!

Be glad to hear & read th threadfs on power trainig nas that is what I need lots of.Also be keen to know of ways you bodybuilders burn fat!!
