    the problem is i wanted to box at around 86kg and id be lucky to get 10 off so its a worry tbh. ill definatly be there for the next one!!

    cool, still under 10% is real good going. i was feeling good last week until i weighed in. bin cardioing like mad and was 104kg. cant shift an ounce. fittest and healthiest ive felt so that must be something.

Hit the cardio last night, 10 min Bike and 20min cross trainer. I then did 9 sets of calfs, 3 donkey raises, 3 leg press raises and 3 seated raises.

I also hit abs 3x15 lower, obliques and mid section.

Diet was the same as always 3 egg/oat/pro pep shakes and three meals, with Bagel and peanut butter and bananas as snacks.

AAS was 500mg sust and 250mg deca.

Tonight is Heavy legs

Well I can feel the gear kicking in already, D-bol and prop. I have been drinking more water and feel a tad more strength.

Friday and Sat were rest days (Friday was intentional, Sat was inforced :( ), so I trained Upper body heavy on Sun....

Bench Press 4 x 6, 100k warm up, 130, 130, 130, 140 (only got 3 out)

Pull ups 4 x 8 (+10kg)

Dips 4 x 8 (+40kg)

Bent over rows 4 x 8 (100kg)

Skull Crushers 3 x 12 (20KG per side...

Today has been a sleepy day, I didn't train yesterday. Worked then went home and chilled for a little while.

I ate the same during the day, had Steak, Salad and rice for dinner which was nice. then the usual Eggs/Oats/Pro pep before bed.

I did another jab of sust(250mg) and Deca (125mg), I will do one more of this dose on Fri and then from monday I will do 340mg sust, and 170mg deca three times a week to give me a total of 1g sust and 500mg deca a week - plus 30mg D-bol...

Shoulder press (DBs) 3 x 12 @ 30's
Inc DB Press 3 x 12 @ 36's
Pull downs (Lat machine) 3 x 12 @ 75kgs
Pull overs (DB) 3 x 12 @ 34 kgs
Yates Rows 3 x 12 @ 80kg's
Lat Raises 3 x 10 @ 16 kgs
Bi Curls (DB) 3 x 10 @ 22kgs
Tri Pull downs 2x15 full stack - sh1ty cross over machine
Tri Ext 2 x 15

P1ssed off got in the gym to start off on Military press but two fcukos were Bicurling 5kg a side on the...
