Can any1 help im going to be starting my first cycle of 10mg of Dbol next week i have read up loads about it ive been training for about 6 months with a good diet im about 5'8-5'9 and weigh about 10 stone so have not much meat on me i will be concentrating on chest and biceps i was going to start taking 2 tabs a day for the first week with protein shakes twice a day the 3tabs the folllowing week and 4 the week after compleating the cycle in 6-8 weeks i have also heard lots about water retention will this be a problem does any1 have any advice for me
