i've been lifting for about 18 months, i weigh 80kg.
I've got my bench from 45kg to 87kg.
Deadlift has gone from 100-150
and squats i've only started recently as i've only just managed to get squat stands. So im doin 101kg on them . but it won't stay there for long!
