Last week was my first week as self employed and things feel a little upside down at the moment. Rach working long hours, Mark doing well in school and we bought a rabbit for him yesterday.
Training a little sporadic but weight trained 3 times in last 7 days incl PBs on skull crushers, CGBP and bent over rows so not too bad.
Diet utterly sh1t and needs to change...tomorrow I swear!!
Plan to run 40mins a day and weight train every other day. Lets see how it goes....

....about time. Unemployment, ooops, self employment, or whatever the hell else you want to call it.
No rat race, no flights, no a**hole boss, no skinny lattes, no PA with tits in my face, no blackberry, no meetings, no....will stop now.
Was back and traps today. Great session. Picked Mark up from school and watched Return of the Jedi. In the morning made a packet. Perfect day. Ooooah!!!

felt a bit guilty after reading the abs thread yesterday because I never really train them. Hate situps. After gym yesterday I blitzed them, especially lower abs. In ribbons today, have to sit bolt upright and try not to move them when I breathe.

Right, hit target weight of 13st 3 quicker than expected so time finally to work off some fat.
Will follow exactly the same carb cycling plan as before but this time look some some more fat loss. Will keep going until weight hits 12st 7lbs. On the assumption this takes a few weeks should leave me looking pretty lean.
Will continue with whey/creating/glutamine supps as before.
Once I hit 12st 7 will take weight back to 13st 3 again on heavy training. At that point I will reassess...

Got my first compliments re training last night and from 2 separate people. Both from friends I hadn't seen me since I started back training hard mid July.
Kind of reminds me of that frog in boiling water. Sometimes you need to get the reaction from people who had not seen you change by tiny increments each day.
Anyway hugely motivational and worth a post all of its own.
