I am 16, 75 kg and about 5 foot 9. 3 years ago I started to train because I was quiet fat. I started just doing CV work outs and loosed my excess wait. I have been weight training now for 1 year and have seen some real improvements. im getting to the stage now were I wont to get more serious about weight lifting and have considered supplements’ etc. can some one please just advise me on what i am best to do next.
