im 22 yrs 5ft 10inc started at 11st 2lb am now 12st 5lb gain dat from creatine, eating well and various protein shakes. hit a stage bout 2 months ago in which i cnt seem 2 gain much ne more. so after research and asking pals took 2 geofman test e 250 wk and organon deca d 200wk and am in day 13 now, havnt noticed neting part from my muscles have got firmer is dis the norm? as i hear so many differnt stuff on wat 2 expect. ne feedbak wud b pucker charz
