i'll be goin but not competin just gonna rest up now an aim for next year try to be 10 pounds heavier onstage not much to ask lol i've been the universe befor it's good but problem is if your not top 6 you don't even get on stage at night if i remember correcetly oh you'll get a stone off easy in 12 weeks , i'm just lookin to start some igf1 while i have a 3 minth break from the other gear never used it befor so curious to see how i react with it -

i start dieting monday the 14 th july so not long now ,ive not gone mad since the britain.
ive been eatting more clean food ,and a few treats of course im about 18.7 ,so if i get a stone off i will be something like it .
should do that ok in 12 weeks.
be good to see you there never been to a universe.
