    Mrdaveyk
glad i can be of some help

my lifts vary and alot of current lifts are machine lifts which are numbered 1 to 10 and so on so i dont actually know what im lifting, but ill tell you what i do know....

    deadlifts - 80kg for 4/6 reps
squats - 80kg also for 4/6 reps but im going to go back as form isnt as good as i want it
    military press - 47.5kg - 6/8 reps
    concentration curls - 25kg - 4/5 reps
t bar row - 40/50kg new to this so im playing around
dips - until failure usually 30 odd
    bench press - 75/80kg
    incline bench - 45kg
incline flyes - 20kg each hand

as you can see i can bench more than squat, i didnt train my legs for years and now im paying the price

sorry if its abit crap or confusing, but i aint had much carbs today and feel poor :(

Hey Mrdaveyk love reading the blog - really interesting hearing how others are getting on. Just joined this and yours is the first one I read and follow. have similar goals and also similar physiques currently. I decided I was goingto try your work out - just curious what weights you using for each of the exercises you mention. not sure if Id be able to lift what you do. But interested thats all.
