Yeah sure bro, I have a training log over on gometal.com look in the forum section. 200kg is good base, do you use chalk and a thick powerlifting belt? There are a couple of basic things that can help your pull. Foot wear is another, I deadlift with a flat shoe or deadlift slipper as your closer to the floor. I'm leaving for a show in Texas tmw so if I get time when I get near the net I will you some more ideas I have.

hey chris,you don't know me but i'm a long time member,watched the videos you've posted of you deadlifting a couple times.by the end of this year i aim to hit a 250KG deadlift.do you have any tips you could give me? i have a 200kg deadlift at the moment.
