Hi, I would appreciate any feedback/advice with my first cycle, I will try and give as much info as possible.
I have been training on/off for the past 10 years, 18 months ago i started taking my training more seriously and paying attention to my diet.
Stats: 32yr old, 13st/182lb, 5'9",15% body fat.
Training:
Mon: Chest & Bicep
Wed: Back & Ticep
Fri: Shoulder & Legs
Sessions last 45-60 mins, 8-10 reps max.
Diet:
Mon- Fri (strict with this)
7.30 Bowl of alpen with 20g met-rx drink
10.00 Met-rx meal replacement 37g protein
13.00 Chicken breast only
4.00 Met-rx meal replacement 37g protein
7.30 Meat based meal with veg or salad
8.30 big bowl of fruit
Weekend
Still get the protein in however usually accompanied with more carbs (take-away) and alcohol (bit slack at the weekends)
I would like to put size on gradually with out water retention, i am in no hurry to get big, my ideal goal is to get to 190-195lb and lower body fat.
Here we go for proposed first cycle.
Test eth for 8 weeks at 250ml/week - 8 weeks off
Do i need to consider Gino at these levels and if so what would be recommended, type/amount/duration.
What PCT should be taken with this cycle again, type/amount/duration.
Getting alot of advice from gym users on the gear but nobody has mentioned PCT's.
I know a lot of people recommend 500mg/week however i,ve read blogs saying you get good gains on 250mg (however i cannot find any posts with this as a first cycle). I would like to keep my first cycle sensible to see how i react/side effects and i can monitor any gains on this dosage. If all works out i may just repeat this cycle 2-3 times a year.
