LOL its all that testosterone flying around the board!! my next show is 6 weeks on Saturday im doing the Dorchester show everything going to plan at the moment as you know the last 6 weeks are always tough but to be honest im really enjoy being in a strict regeime (i know thats weird lol) My aim is to get to the finals as its in my home town Nottingham I live about 5mins from the venue, think we all should have a big UK Muscle party after! you start end of July make sure you get all your treats in from now til then, you must be very confident going in to the finals after your last showing? after reading some of your posts it seems like you got a plan in place of where you want to be which is good.
