hi all i havnt been to the gym in about 6 months or playing rugby in that time due to my last job and generally just let myself go! I have decided enough is enough and hav structured and new diet plan and training plan to cut body fat and also bulk up so im goin to keep track of my progress on here.
My diet is as follows
meal 1. oats banna and orange juice
meal 2. protein shake
meal 3. turkey salad sandwhich
meal 4. tuna and baked potato or meat veg new potatoes!...
