hahaha seems like ive hit a wall butt. weights coming off butt no changes and im nearly half way through. so ive alterd a few things to see if it works. that big joe as been helping me out aswell hes been a real help fewlt a bit **** yesterday cos 1 of the guys in the gym was saying the diet is **** and he wouldent use it til he was 6 weeks out and saying i need atleast 300grms of carbs etc. the diet makes u fel ****ty. that just made me feel much worse well i was talking on here to big joe and he was giving me a few pointers cos hes also done cdk.
