I reckon I will be able to fit in two bulking phases and two cutting just before my goal date. Cutting from now till sep 2009 is unrealistic and stupid. I just need to lose a bit more of my belly so that when I cut again after the bulking phase It will be alot easier to look leaner... I used to be quite fat so belly will come off last.

Oh sorry, its a fat burning supplement.... Made by Universal Nutrition. Its a 3week thing, they make you heat up and burn more calories plus support more fat burning rather than carb usage I guess. They seemed to have helped, wasnt too keen on trying Eph25 since Im only 17 and ephedrine seems a tad extreme.

I want to lose at least 1% more bodyfat then I think I will do a month or two of bulking which I estimate will take me to around january were I will cut again 2 months or so bulk again then hopefully I will be in prime shape come september/october 2009 when I start University. Thanks

    How is your progress going?

    Hi Andrew,
Thanks for your interest, well from what I've read from your message, your lowering your your calories, but the problem with lowering your calories is that your body needs to get it energy from somewhere, so unless your protein is high your body will go into a catabolic state, in other words it will consume muscle as energy.
So the best way is to keep your carbs up,keep protein high, cut your fats for six days, then the 7th day eat what you like, it will help your body to adapt to what you are doing to it.
    Good luck.
    R.
