Been back in training for 1 month, first 2 weeks with protein shakes and creatine and a balanced high protein diet. The final 2 weeks the same but no shakes (Ran out!!). Training 3 times a week mon, wed, fri, using giant sets to my rep. max.

This is when I started training seriously but got lazy 6 months later and I have only just got back on track a month ago.
