I do when I train, mate.
Having a bit of a mid-life crisis at the mo, so I'm not training at the mo. Two of my close mates train there though, and they know Dave Steele very well; Si Cunningham and Matty Banks.

sweet the winner of the show gains an IFBB pro card so its a really big deal. It will be a fantastic show with the uk's finest amatuers competing. All the winners of the regional shows from this year.
