Hi All
My name is Alec from melbourne Australia , i have been training with weights since i was ten years old two small dumbells 60 now so it has been a while ,
always natural and the times i layed off was through injures or really sick ,i always like the old time body builders for the type of shape they had , not into these monsters as it is surrposed to be about health fittnes and a long life , i train now monday wednesday friday for 30 minutes with high reps light weights just basic foundation training still just as much fun as it was when i first started ,always liked clancey ross he still would be up there with the naturals today , so guys train smart good health and live long.
