Favourite day today, back! Feeling a bit tired and sluggish as it has been that horrible dirty humid type day!

Had no internet connection yesterday as the retards who fitted my carpet cut the wire 
Yesterday was chest and decided to train at another gym as I cannot stand the mind numbing speed garage at my regular!
Incline Db press: 10 with 35k dbs
8 with 40k dbs
6 with 42.5k dbs
Cross-overs: 3 * 12 40/45/50k
Dips: 3*10 BW plus 7.5/10/15k
2 * 10 barbell curl: 40/45k...

Had a good weekend

Cardio saturday for 30 mins and had to cheat last night! Pizza hut filled a hole!
Anyway, the day I hate, Leg day. Before you think wuss, I hate it because my knee prevents me from doing any decent quad work!
