Thats what i was thinking avoid all orals, strictly stay with the inj, i dont have to much experience with aas, ive only ever done a basic deca/winny course and that was about four or five years ago, i was thinking begining of next year maybe trying another course.
Again mate im pleased youve got ontop of things, its quite inspirational, for me personally it would be really interesting to follow your competitions etc as weve been through the same surgery's and problems.

no worries mate not a big entrant though you would have took the masters in good nick mate.
all the boys that were there were quality i was against a european champ he took me on legs and chest thickness but i matched him on the rest,
yep off to the brits im tight and full, stuck on the diet since west just cut the cardio it was stringing me out.
im not going to get anything at the britain but i will go in good nick and as full as i can be without loosing my hardness.
you need to choose a diet and stick with it shaun too many people giving advice confusing every thing once you get down , its easy its just getting there ,steve came in for years thinking he was hard .
the last show he did at the london last year which he wone he was like rock but it took some persuvation to get his legs dry ,but we got there.
have a plan and stick to it and dont deviate it ****s it all up we all make adjustments look at me ,a few more carbs and less cadio and i filled out with the same condition , it was a easy tweek and ive held this for 4 shows now .

hey you thank you for your compliements, you looked fantastic yourself and was great to meet you again!! yes you will all have to come this way and meet at hercules, have a right giggle!!!! well the hard training doesnt stop just over 4 months to improve so lets do this haha!!
