The main problem is our defence IMO, i dont rate Collins and Dunne at all. Cuellar is a class defender i wouldnt wanna get rid of him.

I dont think we have any money to spend tbh after the loss's financially this season, id get rid of Heskey, Warnock, Dunne, Ireland that would be a significant amount off the wage bill, Heskey is on 45k a week its a f*cking joke.

Not going to hop on the juice until I have kids....with my diet knowledge and understanding of nutrition I don't want to even think about any of that lol!

I see what you are saying - it's a tricky balance, I've had ok gains since training and kept the bf pretty stable, just want to lean up for the summer and Milky's method intreaged me. Looks like I've probably looked at it more from how I hoped it would work though haha. Nightmare trying to get the balance right!
