Hi all i was wondering if somone could give me some advice.
I have been training now for 4 years a my body is in peak condition.
However i dont really train my legs however iv just started as iv been told it released moer totestrone. (did i spell that right)
Thought out the years iv gone in and out of steriods.
Back feel now i need to get onto them.
My diet is good im 6ft 15st and under 10% body fat
i want to get more ripped and have more bulk.
I know its greddy but ideally i wanting the perfect figure 8
Can anyone advise me the best way to do this.
