| My stats are, 25" from shoulder to shoulder 42" Chest 32" waste 5ft 10" tail and 13st with about 10% bf maybe less bf

| Thanks, I can see in myself that I'm filling out in the top half of my body, the front to back depth is getting bigger. I'm back up to 13st as well which is were I was before I hurt my back and had time out. My legs have always been the best part of my power, I will try and get some pic's of them as I have got shorts on today, boy is it hot today!! Quote:
