i posted pics here a while ago and was told i should post some without my shirt on to give a better idea of the condition of my body.
be kind:rolleye11 but give me advice, i deffo need to bulk up.
im 25, 6''3 (194cm) and i weigh 80kgs.
gym 3 times a week.

yea u look good, your body is earily similar to becks but u have bigger arms, bleach your hair blond & into a mullet and you'd be set ;)

thanks guys.
do u think that eatin more will actually help me put on more muscle, or just get me further from any chance of ever actually havin a six pack?
im not goin for the beckham look, id have to add quite a coupple of tatoos if i was! and probably speak funny as well.
and the belached hair......

Decide what you want more muscle or cut abs. If you are looking for the Beckham footballer look then fine but I think you need to put on some muscle and then cut down to better your physique.
