![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | i agree. Very lean like me, very similar in appearance actually. Diet is spot on. i have to eat about 4000+ also to gain. Looking really good. Do compounds like Big suggested, he has got me doing loads of compounds and my strength have gone up siginificantly in every lift. Doing real good mate, keep it up. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | You are looking very very lean and this looks good. When you get older you will fill out some and you will pack on some size. In about 30 years you will not be able to eat those 6000 cals and get away with it. It will probably drop to 4000 and you will still gain some more size. Proten to carb ratio looks a little low to me. It is ok to pound down all that suger now but you should probably limit that as that is 12 teaspoons of sugar. I bet i dont eat that in a week let alone one meal. Looking lean. I agree that if you stick to the heavier compound exercises you will be burning less calories and incourperating other stabelizing muscles and actually you will get bigger. You will get stronger too. You made mention of intensity. This is good but overtraining is easy. Overtraining will kindof make you lean as you are constantly burning calories. But you will fill out more as you get older and have all that natural testosterone floating around. Creatine will help you have fuller muscles too. |
