Get to work on that chest fella and your arms will follow too. Lose the shorts though man, not even Abe Lincoln can make them look cool SD

![]() | think the chest is a genetic thing as my bro is the same, seem to carry a lot of fat at the side of chest.from.the side my chest is quite deep.i train the chest once aweek and always get areally good pump .every time i train it it kills like hell for 2 days at least.chest feels really hard at the mo but ive always struggled with definition.its one of my fave bodyparts to train.can anyone suggest anything to improve chest.im doing bench ,incline ,decline, flyes ,pullovers and cables at the mo once a week.my arms are 17 1/2 inch at the mo maybe the lack of a tan and pictures dont do me justice.i was in a bad motorbike crash a few years ago and smashed my shoulders that put me back alot. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Id say your overtraining the chest mate, too many exericises, i tend to find definitions a genetic thing, you either have it or you dont, you cant really train for it with weights, its a case of dieting down to see whats already there |

Exercises per workout is an individual thing. It doesn't matter what you do as long as you're constantly gaining. I like 3-4 exercises per full body workout. Everything is a compound. Before that I was gaining well for a while splitting upper and lower and doing around 4 exercises for each workout. | |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Id maybe try dropping down to two, flat benches and and inclines, alternating which you do first eah week, and every 2- 3 weeks add in a few sets of either flyes or crossovers. how many sets you currently using bro? |
