![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Id stick with the 3 sets of 8 and really hammer the ass outa them. If your pushing it hard enough you should only need to train once per week. Try it out for a few weeks and if you find your not gainin with it, add in another exercise. Persoanally i think you may be overtraining, you should be sore for a couple of days but not debilitatingly so. You gaining well on your current training programme? |

![]() | yes ive put a stone on on the gear .not put any bodyfat on though as ive been told i look leaner.im 15st 7 at 5ft 10 .trying to eat really clean .maybe after the gear im gonna try and cut .i might look alot better then.i dont think the pic does me much justice but i think everyone thinks that about themself.the truth hurts when its staring hard at you.ha ha.i do feel alot harder though .maybe im carrying too much bf as i dont know what i am .i get differant readings on my cheapo digital ones.im still a 34" waist though.cheers mate |
