  | i m back to gaining, waddya think? hi, one month has elapsed after my comp and my weight is back to my usual 79 kg. 5 feet 7 and a half inches tall.please comment.

| thanks for the appreciation guys. am not running any cycle now, in fact not even exercising now. i have just blown up 8 kgs. after my comp which was on 22 january and taken some pics to see the difference from my competition form. if u want to see my state comp pics, they are posted as another thread titled "new here, got some competition pics".and sorryy for the pink posing costume:o , it was my trainers idea! i usually pose in black. Deanno 1 bro, my diet is really all messed up right now, i have just gone on a binge after my comp and blown up like a balloon! no training either.i can give u my cutting diet and training if u want, though.
