I have lost on the scales, but Im not sure how much body fat, I think I need to compare the old and new pics, to get a clearer idea..

Here goes anyways..

Close up, I'm getting a digi cam soon, this Sat, so will post some clearer shots up then..

Do you guys think with the right cycle I could make some good gains, or have potential etc.Im getting the Chef X book next month, Thats if the dude will send me one..Lol..

you definately have the shape going on, getting lean too, the abs are there;) .

You're looking good as it is bro, but with a good diet you should be able to trim the obliques down. Maybe worth a course of HGH? If you can stretch to it. If not, maybe just run ECA and Clen.

Yeh I would if I could, but haven't made any contacts yet down in London..I'm going back home to SA for hols in Dec, and will be bringing some Winstrol back, thats all I can get out there.And see where I go from there.

Nice! Looking good. A few more % lower and the bottom abs will show through nicely as well.
