| Newbie Trainer | Introduction - Say Cheese Afternoon all. Been reading this site for a while so thought it was about time i registered & said Hi. I have been training for 2 years now but have started seriously since new years with a new cycle I will post in the training section. Have never squatted or done deadlifts (I know!) I weight 201 pounds and am looking to get to about 210 before i cut for the summer and I am 6 feet 2" tall. Anyways, here are a few pictures for you guys to critique. | UK-Muscle Moderator | welcome mate!! Chest and delts are good mate..... u know u've done wrong by skippin deads and squats....especially squats bac needs to be worked on mate and arms to bring them upto ur chest...cant see ur legs

| Newbie Trainer | Yeah I know but have only just a gym with squat rack & oly bars so am going for it. 125kg dead & 120kg squat both for 5 reps, would like to at 150kg on both by mid march. Will post my workout tonight or tomorrow to see what people think.

| Newbie Trainer | Bloody pictures have dissapeared again. Grrrrr Cheers for the input guys. I think I need to bring my back up quite a bit and also I know my arms are lagging but they seem stuck at 15". Hoping the squats & deads will put some mass on quick as having never done them until 4 weeks ago I'm hoping for some serious growth Posting my workout up in the training section now. Cheers P.s. I had just got out the shower & towel dried my hair lol.

| Newbie Trainer | Is that you in the Avatar Dirty? Do you compete? How tall are you? You have certianly filled out very well. Being 6 feet 2" tall I would love biceps like that but they seem much longer & thinner :confused:
